Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Rian Anglin

Dr. Rian Anglin is a board-certified pediatrician who has served the Auburn community for the past decade. While Dr. Anglin’s educational pursuits focused initially on education – she wanted to be a teacher, a love for science led her to the field of medicine.

Dr. Anglin graduated Summa Cum Laude in Molecular Biology from Auburn University. She then pursued her medical degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. Her love for children and academic excellence led to a prestigious residency at one of the preeminent institutions in the Midwest: Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

Practicing pediatric medicine allows Dr. Anglin to combine her love for science with her passion for working with children and their families. Seeing the need to do more than treat children once they become sick, she focuses on helping families work towards wellness across the physical, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, environmental, and social components of child health. A child in her practice is more than a medical record, as she gets to know her patients and their families beyond the chart. By focusing on the whole person, she builds a comprehensive wellness plan customized to each individual’s medical history and needs.

Caring for neurodiverse children is a passion of Dr. Anglin’s, as she works to ensure they reach their full potential and have access to the various resources available to them and their families. She is honored to help guide parents and young children through the numerous stages of growth and development.

Preventative care:
We offer preventative care services including yearly physicals, sports physicals, comprehensive wellness evaluations, nutritional management, and immunizations.

Acute care:
We offer evaluation and treatment for a variety of acute illnesses and injuries. We want to be your first stop for all of your child’s medical needs.

Special needs and chronic medical conditions:
Our multidisciplinary team approach promotes optimal health and wellness for our most complex patients.

Mental health services:
A healthy mind is the start of a healthy body. We believe that emotional health and mindfulness are cornerstones of a healthy life. We offer evaluation, holistic management, and medical management to promote a healthy mind and a healthy body.

Chronic care:
We provide comprehensive care for patients with chronic medical conditions such as asthma and obesity.

I was incredibly impressed with the entire staff and especially Dr.Anglin. Not only was the visit efficient, I felt as though everyone took the time to get to know my 2 year old and myself throughout the visit.
